I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I have a masters degree in Guidance Counseling. I have been a Dade County Teacher and School Counselor. For the past 20 years I have had a private and group counseling practice.

The Children's Bereavement Center is an extraordinary place.
I have been working with the organization for ten years.
Once a week children and families come to the Center and receive support, nurturing, and understanding from trained volunteers and professionals. Children participate in age appropriate groups and something magical occurs.
I am presently the Lead Facilitator for the adult group. At this group I have seen enormous growth and self actualization as they journey through their individual grieving process.
This is the most gratifying and rewarding work I have done.
