I hope that you and your loved ones never need the services of the Children’s Bereavement Center but a growing number of families do. Death is a daily occurrence.
The Children’s Bereavement Center (CBC) is the only agency in South Florida that provides ongoing services to help grieving children and their families. I am proud to be involved as a former board chair and current board member. Witnessing the positive life-long impact that the CBC has on every single child enrolled makes my association with the center among the most gratifying experiences of my life.
The death of a parent, sibling or other loved one is often unexpected thus devastating. Under the professional guidance of devoted professionals including our founder, Dr. Mindy Cassel, South Florida children are granted another lease on life. These kids, from all walks of life, get better, healthier and happier because of the CBC.
Please consider becoming involved with the CBC and making a gift, big or small, so that our growing demand for services, free services, can be met. Every gift makes a difference and with your help our kids will be provided the resources and nurturing support to restore balance and begin healing from life’s most tragic loss.
