I have been involved with the CBC since it began (11 years ago) and am now the Director of Operations & Marketing. Currently, I am involved with coordination and facilitation of the CBC Peer Support Group Services, Orientations, and oversee CBC Marketing, Training and Community Outreach programs. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Fellow in Thanatology, I know the impact our Support Groups have on the lives of the children we serve. I truly enjoy my involvement with the CBC and am excited to see it grow.

Dear Family and Friends,
Think of how fortunate we really are. To have family, friendship, health, and the comfort of others is a true gift. I’m asking you to pass that gift along to others. Your kindness helps to make our world, and our lives, better.
Please help by supporting the Children's Bereavement Center, an organization that continues to promote the well-being of children and families who are dealing with the loss of a loved one. Since 1999, the CBC has been providing a safe and nurturing environment where children who have experienced the death of a loved one can come to feel support, a sense of belonging, and find some normalcy in their lives.
Groups are provided free of charge and families are welcome to participate for as long as they like. Currently, the CBC holds Peer Support Groups for over 450 children and family members.
Your contribution (any amount helps), will ensure that these children continue to get the support they need.

The year is coming to a close and you might be considering different tax strategies to give to your favorite charities.
